How to Place an Order
Step by Step Guide to Place an OrderPlease follow the steps below to place item(s) in your shopping cart and make the purchase.
STEP 1.
Log in to our website or Sign Up if you haven't apply it.
STEP 2.
On the product page
Select the item that you willing to purchase.
STEP 3.
Select the Style option and you will see a popup window appears.
And you can start to choose the styling that you like.
STEP 4.
Before you select the PREORDER NOW,
remember to check the quantity that you going to purchase.
STEP 5.
You will see your Shopping Cart appears with listed and hit CHECKOUT once you done your shopping.
STEP 6.
Check your Shopping Cart list before go to the payment.
STEP 7.
Select the Shipping Destination, Delivery Method and Payment Method from the drop-down menu.
The shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your Total, RM amount.
Then Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
STEP 8.
Fill in your Full name, including email address and contact number(for order confirmation once the order is placed).
And also for the Delivery Detail to make sure you can receive the package correctly.
For Shipping Information, please fill in the address of the shipping destination.
Click PLACE ORDER when you done.
STEP 9.
Now you should see the order confirmation page with your order number.
You will receive an email if your order is successful. If you do not receive any email from us,
kindly contact our customer service and provide your name and contact number to verify.

Q2: When do I receive the items after placing an order?
A2: We will do a simple notification on product arrival status for every item, items will be shipped mostly on working days. We will deliver your order as soon as possible after the items arrive. Please inform us in advance if there is any inconvenient time for you to receive the items.
Q3: Delivery Time?
A3:Goods will be shipped within 10-15 working days after online payment is made and goods will be received within 3-7 working days after shipping.
Currently, we are unable to schedule deliveries in Malaysia.
Q4: Can I still add item to my order or amend my order that has not delivered?
A4: When your order is not delivered, you may add or amend your order. However, the delivery date will be rescheduled and only promotion of the day is valid. You may contact our customer service should you need further information on adding or amending your order.
