Here are some important information about our shop and the whole shopping process. If you have questions regarding the content below, please feel free to message or contact us :)
．All items are either ready-stock or pre-order. Delivery days are during weekdays (working days). Weekend and public holidays are not included.
．If it is an urgent order that you cannot wait, please contact our customer service to check whether the item is ready-stock before placing an order.
．Certain factors regarding logistics, lack of material by suppliers, or when items suddenly go out of stock during your order, all could be the causes of delayed delivery. Under these circumstances, customers will be contacted and advised to split the order, or cancel the item that may take too much time.
General Product Information
．We provide a 3-months trial period for all products. For electronic items, there is a 3-months warranty. Please test the electrical items for multiple times upon receiving.
．Before shipping out your order, parcels and packaging will be inspected to ensure they're complete and in good condition. However, damages on packaging may still happen during delivery.
．Based on different manufacturing processes of each kind of products, below are some conditions we'd like you to notice before purchase:
1. Plastic and metal products: Due to manufacturing limitations, there will be inevitably some minor wears or tiny spots that will not affect the appearance of products as a whole.
2. Fabric products: Due to manufacturing limitations, the printing position may vary due to cutting/knitting angles, and may be slightly different from photographs. Also, very slightly unstitch at the end of the thread and pilling on fabric are considered normal.
3. Ceramic and glass products: Each item shape may be slightly different due to burning or blowing process. It may also cause tiny bubbles, dark spots and uneven color from time to time. Some products are not glazed at the bottom for anti-slip purpose.
4. Genuine leather products: Due to raw material limitations, insect bite scars or fighting scars, vascular folds, discoloration due to capillary on the leather are deemed normal. Shades of color may vary too due to a different way of handling.
5. Original wooden products: Due to raw material limitations, original rotten marks, original tree rings, texture, and lines may vary from item shown in the photograph.
6. Printed and dyed products: Colors may vary in every batch of fabric which may cause slight uneven in printing and peeling/dyeing color spots (approximately less than 1cm³.)
．Due to various factors of online shopping, a 10-20% discrepancy in measurement and colors is considered normal.
．All items are packed with wrapping bag or box. There may be a slight smell of cloth or dye in new items, but the smell will fade after washing or airing dry.
．All the above are within accepted scopes in international quality inspection standards, and they are not considered as defective items.
How do I purchase?
．Enter each product page and press "Add To Cart"
．Upon checking out, enter your details correctly to complete the transaction. (We support Facebook login & direct purchase without having to sign up to be a member)
．Our site is in shopping cart system, and the same product can be added into the cart without limits. You may add another design or color of the same product.
* If you really find it hard to purchase through our website, please feel free to send us the screenshot of the product you like, and we'll arrange the order for you.
．The shipping fee is calculated by the total weight of your parcel
1. NinjaVan Express (normally 1-3 days, if postcode is not covered, the parcel will be shipped with Pos Laju instead)
West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia): RM 6 flat rate.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Within the 1st kilogram: RM 20, if above, extra fee will be added.
2. Same-Day delivery using GOGET (Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley): Price will be calculated by GOGET system upon checkout.
．Goods will be shipped within 20-25 working days after online payment is confirmed, or when COD order is made.
Once shipped, you will receive the parcel within 1-7 working days, depending on your area and the delivery methods.
In the event of goods failed to be delivered due to wrong or incomplete information on address, contact number or name of the person to contact, we will notify you in person.
Goods will be returned and order will be canceled if we are unable to get in touch with you.
The balance after deduction of return shipping fee will be refunded to you.
． How to check delivery status?
Our system will SMS you when it is shipped and email you the tracking number once the consignment note is generated.
At times we might generate the consignment note a few hours earlier to prepare for packing. Kindly check your spam if you do not receive any updates.

．Ready-stock items will be shipped out approximately 1 working days after an order is placed, which does not include weekends and public holidays.
．Pre-order items will be shipped out approximately 20-25 working days after an order is placed, which does not include rest days, public holidays and the day order is placed.
．Please note that orders with the combination of ready stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order stock has arrived.
．Other cases: In the event of uncertain shipping time due to certain promotion (Eg. Pre-order sale), we will notify you.
．Shipping may be delayed during holiday season or force majeure events. In the cases when the items are in supply shortage or are defective, we will keep you updated.
Hence, please make sure you enter your email address and contact number correctly.
A copy of product details/invoice will be attached in the parcel.
About Refund & Exchange
If you choose to pay cash on delivery (COD), please make sure you're able to receive the parcel.
Please think twice before placing a COD order to avoid unpleasant conflicts on both sides.

Life WareHouse will not call you to cancel your ATM setting, we also will not request the customer service number on the back of your credit card.
Please be cautious if you receive calls from an international number that starts with +
