We assure you, and we care about you.
Life Warehouse Guarantee: If you have received wrong, incomplete, or damaged items, please request a replacement or refund within 7 days of your order being delivered. Any request after this period of time will be dismissed.
Take it easy! We offer a 3-months Return Guarantee for electronic products ONLY and assure you of a full refund or replacement. All sales items are not included in our return policy.
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyer may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund prior to the expiry of the Shopee Guarantee Period as stated in the Terms of Service.
Shopee Guarantee is a service provided by Shopee, at the User’s request, to assist Users in dealing with certain conflicts which may arise during the course of a transaction. Users may communicate with each other privately to resolve their differences or approach their relevant local authorities to assist them in overcoming any dispute prior, during, or after using Shopee Guarantee.
- Product(s) sold at mark-down prices due to defects cannot be returned.
- To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to Seller in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. We will recommend Buyer take a photo of the Item upon receipt.
- Innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.
- Only product(s) purchased in Malaysia can be returned.
- Life Warehouse reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or (ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
- Life Warehouse reserves the right to a final decision.
- Life Warehouse reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
▍Exchange & Refund Condition 1:
"When the product is still unused, but you find it wrong or defective."
Within 3 months of your parcel arrival, if the product you have purchased is unused but faulty, damaged, or wrongly described anywhere within our website, you are able to ask for a full refund or exchange. Under this situation, the return delivery fee is free.
< Process >
1. Kindly send us clear pictures or videos of the product you have received by Whatsapp and state the problem you have encountered clearly.
2. Aside from the product that you’re asking to refund, please also kindly put the receipt, package bags, and protective wraps back into the parcel. Do keep the parcel under your care until we have collected it. If in case you fail to do so, we will not issue a refund if the items are broken upon return.
3. Once we have received and checked your parcel, we will arrange your refund/exchange accordingly.
4. Return fees will be imposed by the recipient if the item is in good condition.
▍Exchange & Refund Condition 2:
"When the product is still unused, correct, and in good condition."
Within 90 days of your parcel arrival, if the product you have purchased can function well, and/or is correctly described as you saw within our website, but it does not meet your expectation, you are able to ask for an exchange or refund.
Please notice: Under this situation, you will need to afford the return delivery fee, since the product itself is delivered with no problem in the first place. However, the amount of the previous order will be fully returned to you.
< Process >
1. Kindly send us clear pictures or videos of the product you have received by Whatsapp and state why you feel like asking for an exchange/refund clearly.
2. After confirming with our Customer Service, please arrange to send the parcel back to us.
3. Once we have received your parcel, we will arrange your exchange/refund as soon as possible.
▍Accordingly, the following circumstances, if discovered upon inspection, will void your Warranty:
- any unsanitary condition;
- physical abuse or damage to the Product;
- attempting to clean/cleaning the Product in an inappropriate manner; and
- improper location of use or storage of the Product;
- removal of the attached Product labels.
▍Reminder: For products that have already been used, we don't provide any warranty. For example, bedding sets that have already been washed.
However, 3C products (Bluetooth speakers, wireless chargers, power banks, and humidifiers) include a 3-months warranty.
